Heart Support Australia is pleased to announce that we are a Finalist for Outstanding Patient Campaign at the Patients Australia Awards Gala for 2025. 

This is a reflection of the work we do nationally to help support and advocate for patients living with heart disease. Being a finalist shows how our campaigns and in particular our Know Your Numbers Treat Your Risk campaign is respected nationally by our peers in raising awareness of cholesterol and heart disease.
