Help support Australian families affected by heart disease

ABOUT US

Heart Support Australia is the National Body providing support, services and information for people who have experienced a cardiac event.

The National Office supports Heart Support Australia's role as a Peak Body through information, engagement and collaboration with partners from across the health sector.

Heart Support Australia has a network of Branches and interest groups across Australia delivering information, education and support to individuals and their carers.

Heart Support Australia's programs and services provide the physical, psychological and social support that people who have experienced a cardiac event will need to ensure improved health outcomes, quality of life and reduced risk of a secondary cardiac event.

HEALTHY HEART PROGRAM

The Healthy Heart Program provides peer support to members, community and individuals who have experienced a cardiac event. The eight week program gives people support, information and encouragement in the lifestyle changes required to achieve an improved health outcome.
